- Service rate: $85 per hour, minimum 1 hour, thereafter billed in ½ hour increments.
- Travel charge: $35. More than ½ hour travel is billed at $35 per ½ hour.
- Payment is due at time of service, cash or check.
You Bring it to my Shoppe
- Evaluation fee - 1/2 hour labor ($42.50). Verbal estimate of costs and recommendations.
- Service rate - $85 per hour. Minimum one hour, thereafter billed in ½ hour increments.
- Standard turn-around time is 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends) depending on parts required and severity of repairs required.
- Customer is responsible to backup their data before repairs are initiated (see fine print below).
- Payment is due at time of service, cash or check. Any hardware or software required for upgrades must be paid in advance.
Phone Support
- Minimum - $42.50 per call up to ½ hour. Thereafter billed in ½ hour increments at $42.50 per ½ hour. Any toll charges will be added to the total due.
- Phone support will be invoiced, with payment due upon receipt.
Email Support
- Minimum - $42.50 per incident up to ½ hour. Thereafter billed in ½ hour increments at $42.50 per ½ hour.
- Email support will be invoiced, with payment due upon receipt of invoice.
MDS Computer Services (MDS-CS) is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages of data corruption. MDS-CS will provide backup service of customer's data at customers request. Backup fee is $42.50. Customer must provide a written list of data (directories, folders, & files) to be backed up. Backed up data will be supplied back to customer on a CDROM. Only data is backed up. Programs cannot be backed up.
Payment is due at time of service. Items not picked up from shoppe after 60 days will be sold to cover costs.
